Hello..I'm just a fresh graduate...Can all of u help me??
I just got an offer from Satyam for position " Entry Level Network Engineer " and offer from Fujitsu for position "Junior Network Engineer"...Satyam will provide training for 2 months before absorb to their team...And Fujitsu just offer contract for me around 6 months to 1 year...Anyone can help to choose better offer and list down the benefit form both company....Plzzz...i need your advice...  |

better go for Satyam because they offer non contractual job and you will have peace of mind working on a secured job... |

1) Go for Satyam coz they provide training for the job before absorbed to the team,
For Fujitsu - blindly u go in as a contract staff and only in review up to 1 year .. for possible renewal .
2) On the other hand .. find as much possible for the benefits and perks both companys offer ... then u decide should no. 1 doesnt satisfy you. |
