  just nak share .. to yg dah tau boleh la share experience...

FPP ni skrang dah ada di 2 gomen hospital. Putrajaya and Selayang hospital. Kiranya mcm private concept la. But memang layanan best la. Masa checkup tak payah tunggu lama. selesai je register, nama terus dipanggil. Nurses pun servis tetiba jadi ok. first time consulatation rm150 and second time max checkup rm100. (price ni mmg dia dah fixed dlm pamphlet) utk maternity dan lelain kita boleh choose doc mana yg kita nak. and masa bersalin doc tu yg akan sambut baby.

Lebih kurang mcm konsep UKMSC and UMSC but yang ni lebih open utk doc.
But dorang ni tak accept GL dari private or gomen. just cash and credit card only.

Two government hospitals to adopt ‘full-paying patient’ conceptMUAR: The Putrajaya Hospital and the Selayang Hospital in Selangor will be the first public hospitals in the country to adopt the “full-paying patient” concept. The service provides patients with the option of being treated by specialists of their choice in an executive or first-class facility and be charged accordingly. There had been a significant number of well-to-do patients seeking treatment from government specialists who paid the minimal rate and enjoyed the subsidised treatments. The full-paying patient scheme is one way of addressing this inadequacy and, in addition, will help provide better incentives and remuneration for specialists and encourage them to continue working in government hospitals. Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek said the move would help to curb medical specialists from government hospitals from joining the private sector. He said the two hospitals would begin offering the concept from Aug 1. Speaking to reporters here, Dr Chua said the move was also aimed at attracting specialists who had left government hospitals to serve in the private sector. “We are losing about 50% or about 100 of our specialist doctors every year, who resign to join the private hospitals. “We hope this approach will enable the hospitals to allocate some additional incentives for the specialist doctors,” he said after visiting drainage and road projects in Bentayan here on Thursday. Dr Chua said the ministry picked the two hospitals as they have excellent facilities to treat liver related illnesses, hand surgery, breast cancer and endocrine diseases, among others. He said many who could afford it sought treatment at these hospitals, but without the full-paying patient concept, they only paid the minimal rate and enjoyed subsidised treatment. Dr Chua said it was unfair as the government subsidy was meant for patients who could not afford to pay the full amount for the treatment of such illnesses. He said the cost would be similar to those charged by the private hospitals and consistent with schedules outlined by the Malaysian Medical Association, but with some discount.

dia kata if yg FPP ni pun guna ward yg sama ngan ward normal bersalin yg biasa
if full still tak dpt la single room gak
dia kata beza ngan HUKM
HUKM mmg ada private wings sendiri utk private wings

my gynae yg pom cam jenis dlama labor org dah tak tahan sakit dia cam ada rasa fed up sket la
pasal push2 tak kuar kan
beza ngan my 1st gynae lelaki
mmg sabo n senyum n cool jek
pasal tu ramai yg ckp gynae laki lai lemah lembut handle patient
tp tu la ada yg tak selesa...

penah delivered amik FPP kt selayang year 2009. so far puas ati coz mmg doktor pakar yg handle though i bersalin on sunday. part nurse yup btul diorg akan2 tibe jdk baik bile tau kte FPP patient. cume ade la some service yg  xleh dpt mcm private but sy x kisah coz sy lg concern part doctor yg sambut kte. as long doc specialist/pakar/gynae yg sambut ok jek . tp frust gak dah xde doc pakar pompuan kt selayang  huhu. putrajaya ade la 2 org. payment? mase checkup consultation = rm60, scan rm50 mmg mcm private cume part tunggu tu best la skit x yah tunggu lama2 sgt.  mase 1st dotter i kene rm1090 stay 1 mlm ;)

me pun penah beranak kat selayang tahun 2009..patutnya dr pakar yg sambut, alih2 dr pakar tuh tgh bz meeting, MO je yg sambut.me kena bayar dlm RM1300++ ( normal dan duduk 1 mlm jer coz esoknya nak raya haji)

sy register under FPP Hospital Putrajaya... so far baru sekali checkup sana, ramai sgt org even utk FPP, so skrg nurse kat situ ckp, diorang takkan amik sgt org sbb FPP ni pun full, sampai kena guna ward biasa, kalau kita mintak nak doctor perempuan, mmg takleh dah sbb ramai sgt nak doctor ppuan, so utk obygn tinggal doctor laki je.. so far memuaskan la masa checkup tu, cuma hari appointment tu, lama sket kena tunggu, sbb tiba2 my obygn tu ada emergency case.. kalau tak, kejap je utk FPP..

last minit nye decision...tp alhamdulillah dpt la req dr hamidah...
kalo nk req single bed tu, mmg tgk nasib, tp biasenye full la staff kt situ ckp,
saye, xde choice tpaksa la amik yg exec ward tu, biasenye org x amik unless bebetul x kesah...
memula ingatkan bpe ghibu la aku kene bayo masuk exec ward ni sbb masuk2 je, kt loby ward tu mmg terserlah ke'exec'an nye...tp bilik nye to me, so-so, lebih kuang demc lame...
saye mmg sgt2 memerlukan single room sbb dh decide nk czer, so saye nk hubby temankan since saye mmg nk bb ade kt sbelah utk fully bf...bill ok la, 1800++...nurses ok...lemah lembut tp mebi sbb terlampau lemah lembut, aku sakit pun diorg dok terlonga je.... ---> think positive, diorg xde experience czer byk kali kot....

overall, puas ati la...bajet pun x lari....ingat, next anak pun nk kt sini tp since hubby nye medical card dh upgraded, will go back to demc lor which is lg dekat...

baru2 ni amik UNISAINS..FPP utk HUSM...doktor OnG die Terbaekkkk...tp sayang nak bersalin kt FPP HUSM takleh sbb labour room tgh renovate...last2 transfer ke HUSM..keadaan Labour Room mmg teruk....bilik premier utk FPP tu mmg tgh tutup dgn kanvas je...nasib baik la wife sekejap je dah bersalin...takde la lama sangat duk labour room yg hazab itu...cuma merasa gak la wife aku duk spital gomen beramai2 dgn patient lain kt open ward..hehehehe...

walaupun post ni dah lama, tapi saya nak reply gak pasal nak tanya tentang FPP ni pada forumer. Saya masa bersalin dulu amik FPP Putrajaya, servis smua ok, doc ok. ok la takde kritikan pun.

Cuma nak tana update tentang FPP bagi pihak kawan. Ada orang bagitau yg skrang FPP Putrajaya dah susah sikit nak masuk pasal tempat dah limit dan diutamakan pesakit yang kakitangan kerajaan. Ada juga la beberapa kes pesakit takde katil dan kena hantar ke HUKM.

Harap sesiapa yang ada pengalaman untuk FPP bagi tempoh tahun 2013 ni, boleh kongsikan pengalaman. Pasal ingat, nak suruh kawan buat backup selain FPP Putrajaya atau mungkin pilih FPP Serdang ke.
