Amoi klu bwk keta ramai setuju memang mcm haram walau keta banyak kiri kanan. Ni lagi lah kul 3 pagi ...
Amoi kalau bawak kereta, jangan kata malam, pagi petang setiap masa cam celaka |

Takde cctv pon amoi ni 100% pasti kantoi.....reckless driving.
Kalo ada cctv lagi kantoi. Finito !!

Pada pandangan aku, parents remaja2 not aware tu adalah different issue.
Ia mengenai isu mendidik dan mengawal anak, isu PARENTING.
Yg menyebabkan KEMATIAN remaja2 tu adalah Amoi khayal,
KECUAIAN MEMANDU / RECKLESS DRIVING not the parents.
Kalo ko rasa boleh nak sabitkan kesalahan parents remaja2 tu...you go ahead !!
Cuma aku nak tanya dibawah Undang2 Akta mana yg kata
Remaja bawah 18 tahun mesti berada dalam rumah selepas jam 12am.
ATAU
Ibubapa WAJIB pastikan anak2 mereka berada dalam rumah selepas jam 12 am.
Kalo ada undang2 ni tolong fwdkan sebab aku takut nanti
mak bapak B40 tu sekolahkan ko pulok !!

2 kali terlepas hakim ni je yg bg penjara.

Tak tahu apa maksud Reckless Driving? 
Nanti aku terangkan.
Kemalangan BUKAN berlaku di tengah jalan tetapi
di LANE KIRI, TEPI JALAN, sebab tu BYSTANDERS saksi2
pon ada ramai yg cedera.
Kalo accident berlaku ditengah jalan, bagaimana bystanders
duduk ditepi2 jalan boleh turut tercedera ??

Apa korang ingat FACTORS CAUSING AN ACCIDENT cuma Drugs and Alcohol ajer kaa?
Hahaha.. under speed limit !!  Speed Limit is just a guidance.
SAFE SPEED bergantung kpd weather condition ie. good weather kaa, hujan lebat kaa, kabus kaa.
Kalo hujan lebat ko reduced speed, alert and focus, switch on semua lampu so that others can see you.
The same goes kalo KABUS or restricted visibilty. Your action is to reduced speed to a SAFE SPEED
dimana ko ada ample time to stop your vehicle in emergency and keeping safe distance behind other vehicles.
Amoi ni tak buat apa2, no action but she maintained fast speed walaupon dia kata tak berapa nampak.
Nak kena tanya juga how far can you see that time?? Sebab dia kata tak nampak apa2??
Banggg !! Amoi ni tidor bawak kereta kaa??
SAFE SPEED juga bergantung kpd Traffis conditions, kalo heavy traffic, banyak kereta takkan ko nak ikut
Speed Limit H'way 110km/h.
Bila terjadi accident, Ko tak boleh kata ko ikut the law , i drove below speed limit !!
Ini yg dinamakan RECKLESS DRIVING.
FAKTOR2 MENYUMBANG KPD KEMALANGAN
DRUGS, ALCOHOL, MEDICATION, FATIGUE, COMPLACENT, NEGLIGENCE, HUMAN ERROR, EQUIPMENT FAILURE, INCOMPETENT and many more.
Kena selidik aktiviti harian Amoi ni, kalo on that day dia bangun jam 0600 hrs
dan balik rumah the next day 0300 hrs.
Meaning she's being awake for solid 21 hrs, kurang tidor leads to Fatigue.
At this stage mata ko mmg terbukak tapi otak ko berehat, tak berfungsi menjadi SLOW.
That's why Amoi ni dah tak nampak apa2, NO Action taken to avoid collision.
Dia rempuh / rammed the cyclist without applying the brakes.
Keletihan juga leads to MICROSLEEPS during driving...biasa berlaku.
Mata ko terlelap 2-3 seconds sudah cukup utk TERBABAS.
Banyak lagi faktor2 utk mengaitkan yg Amoi ni BERSALAH, RECKLESS DRIVING.
Nanti aku terangkan, malas type panjang2.
Masih boleh rayuan
Aku dh bc komen lawyer ini technical isu.
So jgn ngelupur nnti klu dia terlepas lagi
Dia terlepas bukan masalah aku, aku cuma beri pandangan mengapa dia BERSALAH
DAN PATUT TERIMA HUKUMAN.

Dorgbuat apa kat situ?
Kenapa ada disitu ? Lepak? Tepi jalan?
Tepi mana? Ada lakuan kecemasan ke situ?
Kawan aku pnh hampir terlanggar dorg nasib sempat elak
Kalau xmmg ke dalam la kawan aku tu
Atau kalau x .. terbalik kereta kawan aku yg arwah sbb mengelak dorg
Lagi nak back up
Anak ko ke salah sorgnya?
Lain kali kerat je basikal lajak tu.

Ni kalu lembu daki bukit masuk HIWAY and kena rempuh berkecai pukul 3 pagi... salah driver kereta ke salah tuan lembu yang lepas lembu berkeliaran tak duduk kat kandang?  |

Shafee offers to represent Sam Ke Ting – for free
KUALA LUMPUR: Tan Sri Dr Muhammad Shafee Abdullah has offered to be the lawyer for Sam Ke Ting, who has been jailed for reckless driving.
“I am offering to help this lady pro bono because I feel strongly that she needs to be defended. “I also feel that her appeal to the Court of Appeal needs to be heard expeditiously," he said.
Shafee said Sam should be given leave to appeal and pending the appeal, a stay of conviction and sentence granted.
“Bail must be given immediately,” he said.
Shafee said he hoped to deliver a message about justice, with nothing to do about race or religion of Sam and the eight deceased teenagers.
“I really hope that she will be bailed out as she has begun to serve her six years’ jail.
“If bail is granted she has a better prospect of preparing her appeal with her lawyers,” he said.
Shafee is also the vice-president of Persatuan Alumni Rumpun Fakulti Undang-Undang Universiti Malaya.
Sam, 27, was sentenced to six years’ jail and fined RM6,000 over the deaths of the teenagers who were riding modified bicycles in Johor Baru at 3.20am on Feb 18, 2017.
Last week, High Court judge Abu Bakar Katar sentenced her to six years jail and denied her a stay of execution.
