Both Ronaldinho And I Are Staying - Eto'o

Samuel Eto'o has moved to end all speculation linking himself and Ronaldinho with a move away from FC Barcelona following the arrival of Thierry Henry.

AC Milan are continuously linked to the duo and many have voiced doubts that the Blaugrana will be able to keep all the members of their star-studded forward line happy.

With Eto'o, Ronaldinho, Henry and Lionel Messi vying for three places in the side, rumours have continued to surface that either Eto'o or Ronaldinho could leave.

Despite stating that he is not going on several occasions, Eto'o has felt the need to speak out again as a fresh set of stories appeared in the Italian and Spanish media this week.

"(AC Milan president, Silvio) Berlusconi wants to sign Ronaldinho for the coach (Carlo Ancelotti) and the coach would like to sign me," the Cameroonian international said.

"But I can tell you from my side, and I think I can say on behalf of Ronaldinho, that neither of us are leaving Bar鏰."

Eto'o has welcomed the addition of his close friend, Henry, and believes that the Bar鏰 team will be fearsome next term, but did warn that they cannot take any games for granted

"We will strike fear into other teams, but like my grandfather, Luis Aragon閟 said, wearing the shirt does not win you games," he continued.

"I have told Titi that he has joined a great club, but that we are going to be under huge immense pressire because we cannot afford to lose any games.

"It is like that because we have to be the best, but football is not an exact science.

"We have to show respect to all our opponents."

With pre-season due to start this month, the Bar鏰 players will return to work with a strick set of guidelines in place on player behaviour.

Eto'o was one of the players singled out for causing problems behind the scenes last term that led to president Joan Laporta instigating a code of conduct.

"In every club there is an internal code," the striker said.

"What is strange is that there was not one at Bar鏰, but all the players know that this is normal everywhere else.

"I have played for a number of teams and there has always been a code."
