dulu saya pakai whip cream, kek saya tingginya tak sama kalau pakai whip topping cream...

whiiping cream boleh dibeli kat supermarket, but non-dairy whipping cream (topping), hanya dijual kat bakery supplier ajer...

cheese saya beli jenis Phipli...beli 2 kilo, harga jatuh murah sangat....tak pun beli anchor yg sekilo...

Semalam buat Simply Sinful Cheesecake yg telah disumbangkan oleh Montey..Cup letak cooking chocolate sebnyak 150 gm..sedap gitu..However, I doubled the amount for the base..Cup suka base tu tebal skit..Anyway, this was my 2nd attempt...Nak buat mmg senang...

Dekat Cold Storage Time Square derang jual Philly Cream Cheese @ RM6.99 sebab nak expire bulan 6 nih..So kita pon sambar dua (last friday)..
So tanpa berlengah terhasil cheesecake kat atas nun..

meh la ckit rendang daging landak. Akak dah banyak kali buat cheese cake yang simple tu sebab anak2 suka yang tu. Malam ni buat lagi untuk kenduri kat tempat kerja esok. Tu tengah bakar cheese cake. Malas nak ambik gambar sebab photobucket keok.

most probably tak balik la ct coz mak nak dtg KL, ada wedding sedara kat sini.. boleh tak I kirimkan kat adik I je.. nanti u contact dia.. dia keja kat ST tu ha.. dekat je kan?

ayooo first time dengar ghendang daging landak... serammmm!! hehehehe.. I ni part makan2 ni tak berapa adventurous lah.. sayur pun byk tak makan, camno nak jadi adventurous

ni tiramisu buat last week.. tapi layer bawah hilang sb terlebih soaked dlm blueberry punya syrup tu... hancur jadinya!!

nunu guna blueberry yg dlm tin tu-- blueberry in syrup kot..klu tak salah...

-finger biscuit tu celup ngan syrup tu...then susun kat layer bawah.(tapi terlebih celup habis lembekk)
-250g cream cheese +1/2 cawan gula+whipped cream
-tabur serbuk koko
-ulang balik biskut, cream
-blueberry tu nunu panakan jap then campur serbuk agar2 1 sudu kecik. dah sejuk terus curah atas layer cream cheese....
-masuk peti ais
-bangun pagi, buat breakfast... walllahhhh!!! heavennya...
