me pun pernah gak try wat cream puff ni...
x guna piping bag,pecah plak...huk3.
sO me guna sudu je....intinya custard...sedap!
ni pics nyer...sOrry kalau x cantik mcm yg lain2 punya...hu3

   sy try resepi ni gak dr blog  masam manis  sy baru try td nii tngah tngu bakar 1st round bakar tak jd sebab oven tak panas      2nd naik elokk ni adunan ke 2 lak

lol! those are typical malaysian "cream puff". jauh lari dari french "cream puff" nak rasa real cream puffs, try beli kat Beard Papa. luarnya rangup/ crispy. keseluruhnya very light dan dalamnya tak lembap. kalau makan memang sedap. intinya ialah whipped pudding/custard. "cream puff" yang jenis awak buat ni lembut macam roti pun ada and tatse "eggy"

saya ni kalau dah buat sekali tak jadi mmg tak buat dah kak.... jenis cepat putus asa gitu haha. sbb yang rangup dan ringan tu boleh beli je di tempat saya. berbaloi baloi dari buat tak jadi hehe... tapi klu ada resepi tu PM ler sy ye hehe..

Salam.  Nak tanya satu soalan.  Pastry Choux ni memang lembut ke?  Or dia garing diluar and lembut didlm.  Sebab yang akak buat tu, masa dlm oven di naik giler and nampak cam keras kat luar.  Tapi bila keluar dari oven, dia cam turun skit and jadi lembut.
