Exactly, minah nih consider ada rupa gak lah even masa dia gumoks pun......so kalo dah kurus makin nmpk menarik...

Kalo rupa dah mcm WHoopi Goldberg or Macy Grey masa kurus ke masa gumoks ke tetap burok lah

berat aku turun dalam 50 kg dari awal tahun lepas, tapi aku tetap tak hot stuff sebab memang kejadian asalnye tak hot stuff! sedih. haha.

utk tak ot,

basically portion control la. nasi segenggam, protein suku pinggan, sayur mayur setengah pinggan.
berhenti minum air manis, totally, i quit cold turkey, macam orang gila nangis2 masa mula2. haha.
kurangkan gula, garam and minyak altogether.
puasa isnin khamis untuk membunuh syaiton2 yang berantai rantai di nafsu makan. haha. intermittent fasting memang works!

exercise. simple cardio exercises.
tapi masa start tu memang berat 100++, so these things worked well for me.
now dah 60+, these things dah no longer work.
dah kena start weight training tapi gym is scary to me.
aku insecure. haih.

maap la TT, ot habis dah ni.
