Nicole Richie admits she is thin, but strikes back at claims she is on the verge of dying.

"Am I thin? Yes, no doubt about it. But to say I'm on the verge of death is just untrue," she reveals to Glamour magazine in this month's issue.

"My family get really upset to see these people writing lies about their child. Do they ask me about it? No, because they know that I eat."

The Simple Life star explains her hectic schedule.

"I have days where I'm up at 4.30am and still filming at 11pm.

"I'll squeeze in a workout when I have time, but I don't do any cardio - I don't need to, I'm too thin," she said. "And I eat whatever I feel like, sandwiches, whatever."

NICOLE WANTS TO TIE THE KNOT - BUT ADAM'S NOT SO SURE!

Will the second time be lucky for Nicole Richie and Adam Goldstein? Sources say that The Simple Life star is bragging to friends that they'll be married by the end of the year!

The duo's first engagement went kaput last year after Adam, 32, dumped Nicole, 24, because he was fed up with her hard-partying ways and her hot temper, said sources at the time. Even during their brief engagement, Nicole had been reluctant to set a wedding date.

But now, two months after they've reunited, she's realized that 'Adam is a keeper, and she's not going to make the same mistake twice,' a source reveals. "settling doen with him is about all she has on her mind these days. She's looking for a sense of permanence in her life, and Adam is her life preserver when things get to be too much."

Adam, though, isn't quite sold on the idea! 'it was a crazy time for him last year,' says the source. 'He loves Nicole with all of his heart, but during their previous relationship she turned into a ball of rage. She was taking it out on her friends and was inundated with talk all the weight that she had lost.'

So will they make it this time? Let's hope so! As reported previously, the couple are now house hunting in Beverliy Hills, so maybe Adam is just taking it slow and easy the second time around. - National Enquirer, Apr 2006.
