Soo-ah, who arrived at the location where Jeong-hyeon threw himself begins to reminisce about her beautiful memories with him as she quells her heart that's about to rip apart. As the homeless man, who saved Jeong-hyeon, dies, Jeong-hyeon changes clothes with him and leaves his resident card with the homeless man and pushes the body into the river. Disguised in a scrub suit, Jeong-hyeon visits Chairman Oh in his hospital room. Once he sees Soo-ah, Jeong-hyeon, not knowing what to do with his breaking heart, swears that he will come back. After hearing the news that Jeong-hyeon had been cremated, Soo-ah goes pale and faints. The shocked Soo-ah starts to show temporary aphasia, and Jeong-hyeon attempts to smuggle himself out. Soo-ah wakes up from her sickbed and goes to work with a strong mind. Soo-ah meets Hyeon-tae and tells him to take care of the company's business until her father wakes up, and that she would take management lessons. Meanwhile, Yoo-ran, who was working at the branch office in Shanghai, is fired due to Hyeon-tae's betrayal. She roughly protests, but is dragged out by the security guards. Jeong-hyeon, who finally found SR Electronics' Shanghai branch office, sees Yoo-ran on the floor..
