[Update]Misi Kuruskan Badan: from 68kg to 56kg.. now back 65kg

ade try kevin zahri nyer diet...kira kalori...not bad trun 2-3 kg..pastu lupa diri raya x hingat..nk tmph bju pon xsmpt nie..
snaman ape yer kasi cpt trun berat bdan nie..duk wt skipping gn lompat bintang jer..joging smput jer rse... |

misspokoyo, rose start training bulan march tahun ni, start berat 68kg. end of april 60kg.
sebelum raya rose weight in, 56kg. seminggu raya trus naik 3kg.
sekarang rose start training balik since isnin aritu, lastest weight in ptg td 57.7kg.

bgs la.. nk taw if ada..after weight loss..ada kurang x?..tu je..mcm me..berat naik..tp dgn tinggi skrg dh ok..kira bdn ada cutting dh cuma nk perut maintain flat mcm dulu n ada stamina ja. ttg selulit..85% pmpn ada selulit..kurus..berisi..luckynya sis ye xda selulit..ala2 kulit model la eh

takpe rocktail.
yg penting kita jaga kesihatan body luar n dlm. bukan semata2 kurus utk kahwin, bila kahwin terus tak jaga. xleh gak tu.

adoiyai..malu nya..b4 dis plg berat dlm sejarah 60kg jer...pastu pndh umh n tmpt kje.,mkn xingt..pnimbang berat plk ilang...so berat x dpntau..tgk2 dah cecah 68kg... gilosss
so diet main2 skg 65kg...target nk 50 kg....huwaaaa..bleh k

eh sama la berat kita. masa starting dulu pun rose berat 68kg.
sama gak situasi, sebab perubahan aktiviti. selera naik.
masa rose start balik training dgn berat tu.. ya hampun.. semput. nak muntah.. plus,klu lari laju2 sket mesti sakit kaki n lutut. maybe sebab overweight sgt.
tinggi n bila tarikh big day yaya?

awk tggi ckit..tggi sya 153 jew big day tgh bln 12 taun nie...hadoyai...sy xleh nk joging sgt la..rse ssk nafas..yg duk wt skrg skipping gn lompat bintang...gegor umah..kikikikkiii.. eh ok ker klu men skipping jer...efek sama x gn joging k lari k...hurmm..sbb blk kje dah nk mlm so senam lam umh jer..penah try g gym tp x bes la sbb xd geng..huhuu

oh big day ujung tahun, insyaAllah boleh turun.
mcm biasa, main ingredient sebenarnye cara permakanan kita sis.
senaman tu is a bonus, utk fit kan lagi. tapi kalau kita overweight, cara pemakanan betul + senaman. itu penting, kena seiring sejalan.
senaman pun ikut yg rose baca, better kita tukar aktiviti, 2 3 ari buat skipping, 2 hari buat jog ke apa ke.. so body kita tak kan get use to the same xtvtv.
yaya skipping mcmne? brapa minit? n brapa lompatan.
rose skipping fail, tersangkut aje. hampir2 tersembam kat khalayak ramai dlm gym. ahaha..
rose g gym pun sorang2 je. walaupun rose sorang girl situ.huhu. lgpun rose leh fokus bila sorang2. klu ada geng, mula la nak beborak. tp klu ada geng yg sama2 nak fokus, best sgt. sama2 fight sama buat lagi power n laju.

Bagus benang ni. Menaikkan semangat utk kurus. Miu lps kawin berat mencanak canak naik. Abt 20 Kg bila pregnant nasib naik skit je. Kalo tak, mmg seriouly obese. Baby pun da besar skg. Masih breastfeed baby so I'd have to be really cautious when it comes to limiting my calorie intake... taun depan adalah taun miu untuk kembali mencantikkan diri (cehwah). Doakan diriku berjaye! Da ade semangat dah ni. Hehehek |
