Chivu Not Leaving Roma
The defender is tired of having to rebuff claims that he is leaving the Giallorossi.
For the umpteenth time, Christian Chivu denied that he will leave Roma, despite the interest of various big clubs in the Romanian player.
"I never received offers and I never said I'm leaving.
"I don't know why every time that there is the market, this thing happens, but I'm here and at the moment I'm negotiating my extension with the club. Let's see how it ends."
Chivu joined Roma 3 years ago, impressing from the first season. |

Roma? team bus was attacked by rocks and a Molotov cocktail thrown by Greek fans after last night? match.
The Giallorossi emerged with a 1-0 victory from the Champions League game with Olympiakos.
Local supporters didn? take kindly to the result and pelted the team bus with objects as it left the Stadium in Athens.
Several rocks struck the windshield and a Molotov cocktail was thrown nearby as police tried to calm the situation.
None of the Roma players or staff were injured in the attack, but it? likely Olympiakos will receive punishment from UEFA.
There was already an incident during the game in which Francesco Totti was struck by shards from a firework thrown on to the pitch as he prepared to take a corner kick.
