I would like to stress that what happen in Lego Hotel is unacceptable ,and the fact that in an interview they said that the Director of Operations was there through out to assist .that wasn't true he came about 40 mins after he was informed ,we are not happy because your SOP when things like this happens isn't efficient and this complaint goes to the hotel management,your GM should be removed because they did nothing ! I stress to you that we are upset and we are complaining on the hotel itself , I've been to many hotels all.over the world when things like this happens GM and Deputy should come and assist ,how do u leave your hotel without GM or Deputy GM and expect others to fill in for you?... I for sure will never take my family to stay in this hotel ever .. Even after the incident, what was reported was not on point by the hotel spokesman..and let me add one more thing, usually kalau ada pregnant lady and asthmatic person in danger your hotel should have already have a medical crew on standby but where were they? Takde pun, Hmmmm bad management it is .. Get your facts right . Kepada yang tak puas hati dan membuat fitnah di page @noradanish Cuba utk membuat cerita atau menukar, jgn kita gadai nyawa manusia dan kebenaran just to cover nak menjaga nama baik hotel kononya .. |

betullah ned cakap ni apa2 yg terjadi yg bertanggungjawab mesti orang yg paling atas iaitu manager sbb itu mereka diberi gaji yg besar bukan utk duduk besarkan..tapi kena pikul tanggungjawab apa2 dibawah jagaannya...tapi karat sibuk bash ned pulak..nasib la ned..
