Bulehhh.. biasa iols beli yang murr murr sahaja betadiene dlm bentuk ointment atau creme... rm 7 or rm10 je setiub... mana2 farmasi even 7 eleven pun ada jual... antiseptic cream ni... tp dia kaler oren la.. iodine kan.. tp sgt berkesan elak inflammation lepas epilate kat miss V or wax kening... sapu and biar 5-10 mins then bilas la
Dalam gamba ni ada 3 krim wajib iols letak dlm beautycase i...
Betadinene creme (antiseptic), tdact (gel jerawat), dengan econazine (krim utk missV) biasa kalo husband terlajak horny (size besar sgt) kdg2 iols koyak kat bawah tu, and sakit gatal2 jadi, so utk elak infection kat bawah tu, i tpaksa sapu econazine sikit then terus sembuh.. |

Iols baru dpt belated farewell gift today... best nya hair mist chanel chance eau tendre.... iols dpt transfer (promotion) dah quite some time dah sbnrnya tp office tak bukak, hari ni baru dilonggarkan utk access office but still working from home mode sbnrnya... |

I jenjarang je color my hair.. like once a year je... coz usually coloring dries out my hair so ...
Update, tried Mise en hello Bubble. Color dusty ash, color naik jadi macam dalam kotak. Dia ada 3 minit conditioner ke apa masa syampu. So rambut tak kering. Compare dengan Liese, Liese kering sikit dari yang ni |

Liese pun ada seingat I. Tapi tahap kering dia lebih sikit dari yang ni. Quantity wise, Liese lebih banyak. So kalau rambut panjang Mise en ni kena pakai satu setengah @ dua kot. |

Ur normal daily conditioner pakai brand apa? I mmg hazab sgt kekeringan rambut sbb rambut jenis wavy... lepas keringkan rambut, i sapu scalp tonic and kena topup hair oil or leave in conditioner especially hujung rambut (jgn kena scalp).... every 2 months i kena trim rambut... kalo tak kepala rasa berat and panas |

beli kat tesco or memana supermarket.. yang orang buat masak tuu la yang.. dia ada mcm2 brand... and each brand tu kan mcm2 jenis... yang extra virgin tu pekat dan busuk utk sapu kat badan.. i always beli yang jenis extra light olive oil sbb cepat meresap kat kulit dengan rambut
kalo filipo berio tu, u beli jenis paling kanan tu... then, u bleh titik essential oil jenis lavender or geranium ke, ikut lah apa yang ada... as per dilution table.. tp kalo takde essential oil pun takpe... EO tu utk wangi kan aje and tambah minor2 benefit

Alaaaa smlm dah menjajap mall dah.bkn tk nk jaga.tp mmg susah nk jumpa yg sesuai.so thread u membangkitkan semangat hahahaa..muka i ni kalau ditepek mmg akan naik jerawat.kalu tk pakai apa2 ok la tp dah bergaris pp bila senyum.sebelah pp je pulak tu..olay penah try dulu tp muka i oily la u.yg u ckp ni belum pernah cuba lagi.tq for tips..gigih je nk shopping asal sesuai |

night cream je tu u... pakai sblm tido sahaja... i muka oily.. so i tak tepek bukan2 siang hari.. malam je tepek serum or anything rich in texture...
retinol is best anti aging vitamin
