iol wonder kalau yg dilanggar tu mat2 rempit umur above 18, adakah jadi lain komen2 forumers yang backup budak2 tu? |

I tak kata pemandu tu tak bersalah... bila dah langgar sampai mati memangla dah jadi satu kesalahan... cuma mungkin boleh dikurangkan hukuman sebab bebudak tu tak sepatutnya berada di jalan raya pukul 3 pagi main beskal...ikut laporan amoi ni tak bawak laju... boleh baca balik report....
Tapi I tetap kata parents bebudak tu bersalah sebab biarkan anak2 bawah umo berkeliaran pukul 3 pagi, atas jalan raya...
setiap orang keletihan bekerja tak sama.... kalau boleh nak balik cepat2 sebab dah penat....takkan nak tido kat pejabat pulak...
Malang tak berbau.... sebab tu I kata semoga kita tak berada di tempat amoi ni...

Hukuman adalah di atas kebijaksanaan hakim. Kena hakim yg sgt strict, mau kena max. Lepas ni tgk je la appeal camne. As I said, kena hakim strict, ntah2 lagi teyuk kena. Makin ke atas, makin lain ragam deme. Plus, ada menda2 yg deme dah tak puas hati i.e. pembohongan. Menda ni jgn buat main dlm mahkamah. Perjury ni dpt special place in court hell.
Sekarang ni bkn isu ada beskal kat sana ke dakk.. isu ialah dia bawak keta camne voley langgar sampai 30 orang dan 8 meninggal. Fokus dikk oii.. fokus! |

Tak nak salahkan amoi ni sangat. Mak bapa dan budak2 tu yang pesalah utama. Kalau macam ni lah keadaannya sampai bila pun masalah sosial di Malaysia ni tak selesai. Bolehkan mak bapa tidur lena anak bawah umur tak ada kat rumah. Tak kiralah hari cuti ke hari sekolah. Malam je anak2 kena pastikan selamat di rumah |

Kalau kat federal highway tu ko langgar motor, motor tu salah..sbb diorang ada jalan motor..sama mcm ni..kat highway mana bleh berbasikal...fokus..sama mcm ko jalan kaki duk lane kanan kat highway tu.. |

In his judgment, Abu Bakar said the Magistrate’s Court has erred in failing to decide the respondent’s defence without being under oath.
“The respondent, in her defence, stated that she did not see the group of cyclists at the scene of incident and there were other vehicle that hit the deceased bicycles and drove away. This version had never been raised by the respondent during the prosecution case.
“The Magistrate’s Court made a mistake when it accepted the respondent’s defence for not knowing there would be ‘basikal lajak’ activity during the time of the incident as an excuse to drive dangerously, which resulted in the victims’ deaths.
“The respondent should have drove carefully instead driving fast, causing the incident and she should have realised that the area’s lighting was not bright at around 3.20am,” he said before sentencing.

Fokus dik..nk senang paham kalau ko langgar lembu atas jalanraya, salah siapa..nk salahkan lembu yg sengaja menempah maut duk atas jalan..nk salahkan diri sendiri sbb tk mengelak..atau ko salahkan owner sbb tk reti jaga lembu.. |

Yep...fokus dek..samada jalan atau higway at first place basikal lajak tu dh salah..paham tk..contoh ko bwk kenderaan tkde roadtax ngan tkde brek atas jalan..walaupun org langgar ko..ko tetap salah..paham tk.. |

Paham ke tak..at first place basikal lajak tu sendiri dh salah..takyah baca pun tkpe..aku terangkan kat ko la ..kalau la pempuan tu langgar basikal yg cukup safety, kawasan dekat tepi taman permainan, di waktu petang..mesti dh kena saman dek ngan mak pak diorang... |
