For example I do street workout / calisthenics and during lockdown I used to train at home. The advantage of this sport is that you don’t need much equipment to start doing it. I do some bodyweight exercises like push-ups, handstand push-ups and so on. The only equipment I bought for my workouts is adjustable dumbbells set. They really help me to finish off my session and to grow some muscles. For example, you can do some biceps dumbbell curls, squats and some exercises for your delts. I also follow a special diet that keeps me in shape but that’s already another story) |
