Ini mengingatkan saya tentang nenek moyang Raja Sweden sekarang iaitu Count Bernadotte, raja pertama dinasti Bernadotte yang memerintah Sweden sekarang. Raja yang pertama tu orang Perancis, seorang general dari pasukan tentera Napoleon dan dijemput untuk jadi raja kat Sweden. Bila dah jadi raja Sweden, dia bagi speech kat parlimen Sweden, punyalah teruk bahasa Swedish dia sampai semua ahli parlimen gelakkan dia. Lepas tu, dia bersumpah takmau cakap Swedish dah. Trauma agaknya.

When Princess Masako married into the Royal Family in 1993, many people (most of them women) considered it as a triumph that could possibly change the way women are seen in Japanese society. Masako is an accomplished and successful woman, a Harvard graduate and a diplomat who can speak a number of languages. She was seen as challenging the traditions of the Imperial household. But this never came to be. tremendous pressure and stress as a royal has actually made her retreat from the public eye. Now, it has been years since Masako has retreated and there are no signs this is going to change.
The most perplexing part though is the lack of information that is being given to the public with regards to her health. This is quite strange for a member of the Imperial household. And the public is beginning to clamor for more news, which does not seem forthcoming.

ZARA SALIM DAVIDSON

DYTM Raja Puan Besar Perak Tuanku Zara Salim is the wife of the Raja Muda of Perak (Crown Prince), Raja Dr Nazrin Shah. Upon her marriage on 17 May 2007, she became the Raja Puan Besar of Perak.

A chemical engineer by training, she currently heads an oil and gas consultancy firm based in Kuala Lumpur. She and the prince (Perak), who had been the country’s most eligible royal bachelor for decades, have known each other for about eight years.

Born in Ipoh on 22 March 1973, she is the youngest of four children of William Davidson and Sharifah Azaliah Syed Omar Shahabudin. She has three elder brothers. William Davidson is a prominent lawyer in Perak and Kuala Lumpur.
Zara, who has a strong interest in foreign languages, had studied at SMJK Convent Ipoh and represented her school in squash and tennis from 1988 to 1990. She also represented Perak in swimming between 1981 and 1987.
After completing her A-Levels at Prime College here in 1992, she left for the United Kingdom to study chemical engineering at the University of Nottingham and graduated with first class honours in July 1995. She also won the top student award for her final year project.
Incidentally, her father-in-law, the Sultan of Perak, read law at the same university and was conferred the Bachelor of Laws degree in 1953 before being admitted to the English Bar in 1954.

Princess Anita Theodora of Orange-Nassau, van Vollenhoven-van Eijk
(legal name Anita Theodora van Vollenhoven-van Eijk, born 27 October 1969), is the wife of HH Prince Pieter-Christiaan of Orange-Nassau, van Vollenhoven, the third son of HRH Princess Margriet of the Netherlands and Pieter van Vollenhoven.

Anita van Eijk was born in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, the daughter of Leonardus Antonius van Eijk and J.C.M. van Eijk-Steens. She studied English and literature at Leiden University and afterwards communications at the University of Amsterdam. During her university years, Anita undertook an internship in London at the J. Walter Thompson advertising agency. She graduated in 1996. Anita was employed in 1997 by the Amsterdam branch of Bloomberg, and was subsequently sent to London for a stint in Sales/Marketing and Television Production. She then worked in the marketing department of auction house Christie’s.

She spent her early childhood in Aix-en-Provence, France before the family headed back to the Netherlands where Anita undertook her primary school education. The Princess moved to Singapore afterwards and studied at the United World College of South East Asia. Back in the Netherlands Anita completed an International Baccalaureate at the Rhineland Lyceum.

Van Eijk met Prince Pieter-Christiaan in London and the couple announced their engagement on 25 February 2005. They married in a civil ceremony on 25 August 2005 at the Het Loo Palace, Apeldoorn, which was followed by a religious ceremony on 27 August 2005 at the Grote van St. Jeroenskerk in Noordwijk. On her marriage, Van Eijk acquired the courtesy title of Her Highness, Princess of Orange-Nassau, van Vollenhoven-van Eijk as a result of her husband's status as a Prince of Orange-Nassau. Since Prince Pieter-Christiaan did not seek parliamentary approval for his marriage, owing to the remote chance of his succession to the throne, he lost his place in line to the Dutch throne upon his marriage.

On the 9th of June 2006, Prince Pieter-Christiaan and Princess Anita announced that they were expecting their first child. Princess Anita gave birth to a daughter, Emma Francisca Catharina van Vollenhoven, on 28 November 2006. The baby was born at 6:00 pm at the Onze Lieve Vrouwe Gasthuis in Amsterdam and weighed 3970 grams (8 lbs, 7 ounces). On the 15th of May 2008, the couple announced that they are expecting their second child at the end of November 2008.[1] Princess Anita gave birth to a son on 19 November 2008. His full name is Pieter Anton Maurits Erik. He weighed 3745 grams and he was born on 1.32 am in The Hague.
