5 Ways to Overcome Dissapointment

1. Expect Less

The best way to avoid frustration and get hurt is not expect anything from anyone. First rules of avoiding disappointment is lower your expectations. Despite all of expectations in our lives like what we want out of life and who we want to become but never put high expectation on it.

2. Let Go of Negativity

Free yourself from people because negative people can be real downers in any conversation or situation. Better to get yourself surrounded with positive circle to avoid negative thought and vibes. The most important is don’t ever stop or let the world’s negativity discontinue your spirit.

3. Forgive and Forget

Remember, when you don’t forgive yourself probably you are not able to forgive others. Releasing your guilt and finding ways to leave the past behind by learning from your mistakes and experiences. Start to forgive yourself because as a human being everybody prone to making mistakes.

4. Stay Strong

Be strong doesn’t mean you cannot cry to relieve your feeling. Crying doesn’t mean you are weak. Crying is a normal response towards disappointment and sadness. Once you’ve done crying, you have to get your life back. Last but not least you have to believe God only give you as much as you can handle, because he knows how strong you are even you don’t.

5. Learn to Let Go

True its not easy but you need to try to forget what you deserve. Letting go is never easy, but then again it’s not supposed to be. Day by day the feeling will pass and you’ll be okay. Make your life fulfilled again, just do things that make you happy with people who makes yo happy.
